Yamato Village Center in Boca sells for $6.5 million

A family-owned real estate investment firm paid $6.5 million for the Boca Raton retail center anchored by Doris Italian Market.

Coldwell Banker’s Ron Kent has handled leasing at the center since it opened in 1994. Kent said he knew his client was interested in selling, so he presented the off-market deal to Comnet Realty’s Harry Zucker, who found the buyer.
